Only a short walk away from Fountainbridge which has a range of entertainment venues, including a multi screen cinema, gym and bowling ally.
Over the past 12 months from writing this, Bruntsfield has been the subject of a 6.99% increase in property values. Rents in EH10 are averaging £1300 according to Zoopla. So we really think it’s a great place to invest.
